X Games New Orleans 2026: The Full Schedule in Paris Time and the Riders to Watch

From July 24 to 26, 2026, the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans hosts the very first MoonPay X Games League finals. And there's one detail nobody tells you until you've already slept through half the finals: New Orleans runs seven hours behind Paris. So here's the whole schedule, converted event by event, so you know exactly when to put the phone down.

1770 apiece: the two clubs at the top arrive perfectly tied

Check the official club standings going into the weekend: XC Tokyo 1770 points. XC New York 1770 points. Not a point apart, not half a point. Behind them, XC São Paulo sits on 1610 and XC Los Angeles on 1510 — in the rearview, but not out of it over a three-day stretch of finals.

Quick refresher on the format, because it flipped completely this year: the X Games League replaced the old solo contests. Four franchises — XC Tokyo, XC New York, XC São Paulo, XC Los Angeles — split the riders between them at the March 2026 draft. Three stops: Sacramento in late June, Chiba in early July, New Orleans now. Every run scores points for the rider and for the club.

What's actually at stake: an inaugural title. Not one more medal for a shelf that's already full — the first name ever engraved on a trophy that didn't exist six months ago. Nyjah Huston and Ginwoo Onodera are skating for the same jersey, New York's. Across from them, XC Tokyo rolls out Arisa Trew and Sora Shirai. Blow a best trick on Friday night and a whole city eats it. At a regular contest, you miss your run and you go home. Here, you go home with eleven teammates who watched that run.

Every time below comes from the official schedule published by X Games. New Orleans is on UTC−5 in July, seven hours behind Paris. Translation: Friday night in the States is your Friday-into-Saturday all-nighter. Skateboarding events are in bold.

Friday, July 24 — all of it lands in the middle of your night

Saturday, July 25 — the window not to miss: 8 PM to 11 PM

Sunday, July 26 — the night that crowns the champion

If you can only clear one block: Saturday, 8 PM to 11 PM Paris time. Three skate finals back to back — women's vert best trick, men's vert best trick, men's street — in the most civilized window of the whole weekend. Sunday 8 to 10 PM gives you men's vert then women's park, barely less loaded. The rest you'll catch on replay, and nobody's judging.

Six names to watch and what each one's playing for

• Nyjah HustonRecord holder

  XC New York — 15 X Games golds, an all-time record. Second in Men's Street at Sacramento (89.66): he's one win short of closing out the season right.

• Ginwoo OnoderaOn a streak

  XC New York — won Men's Street at Sacramento (92.33), then again at Chiba (a perfect 100). The only rider to take both stops of the season in the same event.

• Arisa TrewGold machine

  XC Tokyo — the Australian, 10 X Games golds, double winner at Sacramento (park and vert best trick). The heavy artillery of the club sharing first place.

• Chloe CovellNo. 1 pick

  XC New York — first overall pick of the very first XGL draft, 6 X Games golds, silver in Women's Street at Sacramento. She drops late Saturday night, 3:15 AM Paris time.

• Gui KhuryThe prodigy

  XC São Paulo — 12 X Games golds, winner of men's vert at Sacramento. His club is 160 points off the lead: he needs a perfect weekend, not a good one.

• Tom SchaarLast shot

  XC Los Angeles — 4 X Games golds, double bronze at Sacramento (park and vert). His club brings up the rear on 1510: he's riding for the pride of a franchise everyone billed as a heavyweight.

A skate contest inside a covered NFL stadium

The Superdome is a sealed bowl seating more than 70,000, known for Super Bowls and the Saints. Dropping street obstacles and a vert ramp in there is a first for skateboarding. A dome's acoustics forgive nothing: the crack of a tail on coping doesn't scatter, it climbs. Neither does a slam. You'll hear every wheel roll between runs, then a wall of noise the second a trick lands. It's the exact opposite of an outdoor contest, where the sound just evaporates.

The rest of the package leans all the way into the festival turn: Metro Boomin and J.I.D. on Friday, Subtronics and Bunt. on Saturday, over at the Smoothie King Center next door. A long way from a parking lot and three cameras. Call it too corporate if you want — the runs are still runs.
